Old Business

Heather renewed the St.Lawrence quarterly Journal

Correspondence:

April 30^th Northern N.Y. Community Foundation Inc. will be holding a meeting in our library  

Approval of Minutes:

Motion to accept minutes from 3/18/2025  by Nicole Seconded by Arlene

Financial Report:

Everything looks good Library is doing well

Director Report and Program update:

Heather is doing a great job. Last week five more adults came in and received library cards. The First Grade class came to the library, looked around and Heather sit and read to them. .Our wi-fi printing service is doing well.

We are also trying to set up a boating safety course

New business:

We voted in Ashley Campany for stand in trustee with no voting rights at this time.

We are going to donate $500.00 to the HUB toward an air conditioner

After discussion, it was decided by the members attending, that the Library will again be opened on Mondays staring in June.

It was also decided that Wednesday nights the library will be open for two hours instead of one as in the past.

This will be discussed by the other members that were absent at our next meeting.

Heather is looking into the course to become a licensed Notary public
