                                        Town Budget meeting

                                                  08/15/2023

Present: Cindy Whitmore, Heather Nichols, Arlene Davis, Kathy Gill, Nicole Curry.

Absent: Paul Gehrig.

5:30 p.m. C. Whitmore calls the Town Budget meeting to order.

Heather had a spreadsheet all printed up for us all. What the Library took in, and sent out. Plain and simple

6:04 p.m. C. Whitmore calls the Trustees meeting to order.

No public comment:

Friends of the Library: M. Zimber reports the book sale is moving along well. The Art show went well also. The summer music programs are also going well.

The Town gave us our check on July 31.

Motion to approve minutes Nicole seconded by Cindy.

The summer residents are going home, so the use of the library is slowing down.

The Cranberry Lake Boat Club donated 1,800 to the Library.

Heather printed out a spreadsheet of all the Library aides hours worked, to the totals per month.

The Wild Center passes are being used very much so that is great.
