                                     Board of Trustees Minutes

                                                           February 13, 2024

Present: Cindy Whitmore, Heather Nichols, Arlene Davis, Kathy Gill, Nicole Curry.

Absent: Paul Gehrig.

Guests: Julie Lanphear, Marilyn Zimber.

Meeting brought to order by President Cindy Whitmore at 6:04.

Friends of the Library organized by Marilyn Zimber, paid for a subscription for large print books for the Library. They also are paying for a new desk top computer for Heather, and the staff to use.

Correspondence: Sandy is doing better everyday. Great news.

Heather avoided a fishing scam on the computer.

Financial Report: The Library got their money back for the bad checks.

In January we had 141 people visit the Library. For as small as we are, that’s not bad.

Heather visited the Clifton-Fine Central School and dropped off some our deleted children’s books.

Heather also participated in Whiteout Weekend. She handed out books also bookmarks grab and go craft fits.

Heather you are doing a great job, and many thanks.  We reviewed Library polices everything looks good.
