The meeting was held in the library, called to order at 6:02.

Old business: Mr. Frank Gilbert gave the library a subscription for National Geographic.

Pandemic response: same

Budget update-Town 2023 Salary Contribution they provide the library with lights and heat.

Financial Report was accepted

Director Reports: in January 232 items checked out. 77% increase and 42% in the summer

Sandy, Karen, and Helana have been removing damaged books from shelves.

Snowshoes were taken out for Winter Whiteout Weekend.

Data Report: Adult fiction: 70 items taken out. Adult non fiction- 30 taken out. Adult video- 63.

Adult Paperback: 173 Juvenile Fiction: 13

New Business:

Annual Policies Update and 5-Year Plan: (Tabled, will discuss next month)

2022 Community Report The circulation has increased. Winter month’s average Increased 77%

Summer Month’s 42% increase.

Annual State Report: Will send later

Little Free Library: (a new book share box will be built by Bill Griffin)

Summer Programs and Speakers: Hiking Backpack program, Pickle ball, blackout poetry,

Loon history and nesting behavior
