Clifton community Library

Present: President Cindy Whitmore, Director Heather Nichols, Arlene Davis, Kathy Gill,

Nicole Curry, Julie Lanphere, Marilyn Zimber.

Absent: Paul Gehrig.

Meeting came to order 6:00 p.m.

Public Comments: We decided to sell our signs for less money also use them for prizes

At our trivia night, The Hospital had a great day for the farmers market. We had a wonderful time there.

Friends of the Library: we discussed the summertime music.

10^th Mountain Band, Jonathan Foster, Nelson Brothers

The board has decided to give Friends half of Nelson Brother’s fee

Pandemic response: no change

Don’t forget movie and trivia night. June 29^th at 6:00 at the fire hall.

NEW BACKPACKS: HIKING, ASTRONOMY. Also we have included an agreement to sign against damage.

Curtains at the pavilion were installed by Heather, Paul, Kathy, and Clifford Gill

The Board decided to give Cindy Whitmore the bookcase that is no longer used, and does not fit in the children’s room

Welcome aboard Mrs. Smith our Library aide.
