Meeting of Board of Trustees Clifton Community Library May 16, 2023

Present: Librarian Heather Nichols, President Cindy Whitmore, Trustees: Arlene Davis,

Kathy Gill, Nicole Curry, Paul Gehrig. (Sandy Griffin, Julie Lanphear)

Meeting called to order by President Cindy Whitmore at 6:30 p.m.

Motion to approve the minutes Kat, second Arlene.

Music for summer time enjoyment are 10^th MT. DIVISION BAND also JONATHAN FOSTER.

Story walk we now have the holders for the posters. The children will enjoy this very much.

The little Free Library is at the camp ground to be set up. We hope to get Channel 7 News to cover it.

I believe the meeting went well lots of input from everybody good discussions.

Next meeting June 20, 2023 6:00 PM. (community center)
