Public Comments
Deb Roberts wants to help us make a scrapbook of Cranberry lake for the 250 Year
anniversary.

Heather is now the New notary, had a stamp, and a bag she will keep it all organized in.
She does no business in Wednesday nights or Saturday’s
Correspondence
Heather had a zoom phone call about applying for an application for a Dolly Parton grant
for books for children
Approval of Minutes
Motion made to accept minutes from 11/18/25 by Nicole Second Arlene
Financial Report
All employee hours are on track and the town gave us payroll
Director Report
We have new displays of artwork from the students at school.
WE had 252 adults visit the Library this month
Heather is moving the snowshoes up so they are readily accessible
Program update
The trustees and the President went through the director’s contract
This contract is available for anyone wishing to read themselves.
New business
Tonies for children are going to be ordered for two different age groups
Heather has stated she will look into it.
