                                     Board of Trustees Minutes

10/17/2023

Present: Cindy Whitmore, Heather Nichols, Arlene Davis, Kathy Gill, Nicole Curry, Paul Gehrig.

Guests: Marilyn Zimber, Nickie Nolan.

Cindy Whitmore called the meeting to order at 6:01 pm.

No public comment.

Financial report: Heather printed out a spread sheet of all their hours. They also have time cards that they sign. Sandy told us that she had surgery in December. Heather will talk to the aides about coverage.

Director’s report: storywalk equipment has been stored away for the winter. Curtains have been taken down also. The Library is holding their own now that the snowbirds are going home.

Solar glasses are on order for the eclipse on April 8^th, 2024.

Wild center passes can only be used on the weekends. Because of the time of year .They are still going out.

Clifton-Fine Central School Yearbook are on sale. The Library would like to place an ad about our Library.

This ad would help us bring in more people. This would spotlight everything we offer at the library.

Library has agreed to buy a yearbook. Trustee positions are OK for now
