                                                      September 17^th 2024

Members Present:

Director: Heather Nichols

Trustees: Cynthia Whitmore (President), Arlene Davis (Vice President), and Paul Gehrig

Friends of the Library: Absent

Members of the Public: Julia Lanphear

Members Absent: Nicole Curry, Kathy Gill, Marilyn Zimber

Meeting called to order by Cynthia Whitmore at 6:02 pm

None

                                                    Friends of the Library Comments

The Art Group donated $500 dollars to the library for adding new items to the collection. Heather has talked to Marilyn about using the money to purchase more audio playaways.

Old Business

Correspondence: The Library received a thank you card and $50 donation from Helen Herzer. Heather has sent a thank you postcard.

Approval of Minutes

Motion to accept minutes from July 16^th, 2024 Meeting by Paul Gehrig and seconded by Arlene Davis.

Financial Report

Motion made to accept financial report by Arlene Davis and seconded by Paul Gehrig.

Director Report and Program Update

Heather Nichols will start planning programs for next summer. Plan to host a movie night around the July 4^th holiday.

New Business

Proposed budget accepted and Heather Nichols will send it to the Town Board.

Adjourn

Motion made to adjourn at 6:30 pm by Paul Gehrig and seconded by Arlene Davis all in favor, Motion carried.
